put it simply - everything was fine. the quality of the property matched what was on the web site. So, no surprises. you get what you aim for. honest description. Simona was a star! she helped in every detail so the check-in and stay were smooth and trouble free

The residence is located not far from the city centre, altought to the main square and cathedral you have to climb a lot. The building lies next to the railway so it is noisy. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I liked how clean the room and hotel was, I liked how friendly the staff was and how helpfull, I liked how close the hotel was to the town center of Arezzo,
