We stopped there on our way to Calabria. For one night it is perfect place, close to the city center. It just next to the train station but we were so tired that we didn’t recognize any noise. Just one minus was the breakfast. We thought it will be nice hotel breakfast but it was only prefabricated meals at our room.

It was spacious and well set up. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Close enough for us to walk up to the old town.

put it simply - everything was fine. the quality of the property matched what was on the web site. So, no surprises. you get what you aim for. honest description. Simona was a star! she helped in every detail so the check-in and stay were smooth and trouble free

Helpful and professional staff, convenient location not far from the train station and car rental agencies. Perfect for our short stop over in Arezzo.

Everything was good. Close to old town, could walk in 10 mins. Spacious and well equipped. The check in staff excellent.

The residence is located not far from the city centre, altought to the main square and cathedral you have to climb a lot. The building lies next to the railway so it is noisy. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
